Romania-Iasi: Flex Developer (RRO411)
Job description:
Our client provides detailed maps, driving directions and traffic reports for 15 European countries, USA and Canada. In the project conducted with Pentalog, you will integrate dynamic spatial data in a geographical context. The purpose of the application is to design, build and implement customized systems, which allow analysts and decision makers to view your business as well as tactical and strategic information through a map.
Under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will work closely with other colleagues with similar competencies, as well with the C++ and iPhone teams. You will therefore develop and integrate customized geospatial solutions and geographic information systems (GIS) across multiple platforms and development environments.
Skills and competencies required:
- Very good knowledge of Flex framework
- Abilities in using AS 2.0 and AS 3.0 and maintaining the code base in both versions, and also in Blaze DS
- AMF, Flex Data Services/LiveCycle DS/Granite DS/Blaze DS
- Experience with Adobe Flex in creating rich internet applications (Experience with Flex as presentation layer in a multi-tiered environment)
- Various design patterns in Flex
Requirements:
- Advanced level in Flex programming
- Graduate of a IT faculty
- Knowledge of English – mandatory
