Within a compact, experienced and responsive team, you will bring out, organize and formalize new ideas in order to make them understandable and well adjusted to the market needs. Upon task completion, the teams will become LABBS Assistants to Project Owners – for different client implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of PentaLabbs, you will work closely with users and development team. Located in our offices in Bucharest, you will ensure the following tasks:

- Formulate requirements using all kind of meetings (interviews, requirements workshops), document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Desired profile:

- Previous experience as a business analyst would be appreciated.
- Good knowledge of social networks functionality.
- Excellent organization and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude required.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.

Skills:

- Design and specify user interactions for Pentalog Labbs product applications;
- Communicate designs through mockups and interactive prototypes;
- Work with usability engineers to translate findings from user research and validate your design;
- Evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns;
- Stay informed of advances in interactive techniques, technologies and methods, and adapting to rapidly evolving industry space.

Desired profile:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and productive team player who possesses:
- Professional experience in Information Design or Interaction Design for the Web and/or desktop applications;
- Ability to deliver interaction designs directly in HTML and CSS (optional);
- Working knowledge of software prototyping tools;
- Advanced understanding of and experience with user-centered interaction design principles;
- Creativity and attention to detail (Typography, chromatics, layout).
- Fluency in English, French is a plus.
