France-Orleans: Accountant (RORL042)
Job description:
Within the Administrative and Financial Department you will have the following tasks:
- Accounting to balance report;
- Analytical accounting;
- Billing;
- Payroll, tax and social declarations from payroll;
- Asset management;
- Cash management (hold cash flow statement, follow settlement clients, suppliers regulation, etc.);
- Tax declarations (VAT, CIT, etc.);
- Legal supervision;
- Establishment of the financial statements and participation in the consolidation of accounts.
You will also be asked to perform specific studies (financial, procedures, setting up of reporting…) and assist the Administrative and Financial Department in the financial years demanded by the group.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in university studies, at least 2 years experience in accounting;
- Good knowledge of Pack Office, including Excel and a good ability to understand information systems. Knowledge of SAGE accounting software;
- Good written and oral communication;
- Organized, rigorous and independent person;
- English – a plus.
