Moldova: HR Manager (RCHI527)

Because we are expanding our team, administrative and HR activities have become more complex. We are currently looking for a person responsible of HR with good experience in this field for Pentalog Chisinau.

As a HR Manager you will have as main mission personnel evidence by travel policy drawing / management, reporting and internal coefficients, external reporting for administration, overseeing the maintenance of relationships with institutions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a law faculty
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Responsible
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Mandatory working experience with 1C: Enterprise, version 7.7, Windows: Word, Excel
- Romanian and Russian – fluent (reading, writing, speaking)
- French and / or English – medium level
- Courses and postgraduate degrees in the field represent an advantage.
