Romania: Assistant Manager – administrative & acquisitions (RRO640)
Job description:
Within the Financial Administrative Service (SAF) of Pentalog, you will complete the existing team from the agency from Cluj-Napoca and/or Sibiu. Through the knowledge and skills that you have, you will help to successfully fulfill the following activities:
- Administration procurement activities – identification of suitable suppliers and negotiating with them;
- Maintain relationships with public institutions, especially with local and central administrations (e. g. through activities such as filing statements);
- Manage the process of obtaining visas;
- Resource management of Pentalog (office and apartments);
- Manage relationship with suppliers, ordering supplies and proper provisioning according to the needs of the agency’s offices;
- Drafting of documents, various summary statements (certificates, addresses, reports, etc.);
- Organizing documents, maintaining existing archive;
- Managing trips to and from Pentalog agency in direct relationship with Voyages Department;
- Preparation of summary statements specific for the office management activities.

Requirements:
- Preferably graduate of the Faculty of Law or Administrative Sciences / Economic Sciences;
- Work experience in a similar position – at least 1 year;
- Any previous activities in the economic – administrative domain represents a plus;
- Good knowledge of office tools (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office, etc.);
- Fluency in English and French – at least one of them at an advanced level.
