Romania-Brasov: Chief Accountant (RBRA505)
Position summary:
Pentalog integrates a chief accountant in its current team which consists of 7 people (accountants, lawyers, administrative). In the Administrative & Financial Department you will be responsible of the accounting and financial part for three companies and more than 300 people, divided into four offices in Romania – Brasov, Bucharest, Sibiu and Iasi.
Your current activity includes:
- Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director of Pentalog Group;
- Controlling and checking accounts and statements;
- Representation in the relations with the administrative and the institutions;
- Constantly informed regarding current legislation;
- Managing a team of 7 people.
Requirements:
Having high economic studies, you have already an experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position. You also know French at an advanced level-preferably. Knowledge of English is an advantage. Concerning the accounting level, you master very well WinMentor; otherwise knowing another/s accounting program/s is mandatory. You also know very well MS Office (word, excel). Your communication skills will be useful in managing the team of 7 people, of which 3 remotely. You succeed in identifying both vulnerabilities – and solve them as well as performance – and encourage them as such. You are a result oriented person and very organized.
