We invite you to join us as an Assistant in the Administrative & HR team.
Main responsibilities:
-You will ensure the proper management of Pentalog Chisinau resources (headquarters and apartments)
-You will ensure the relationship with the public institutions in Chisinau
-You will manage the relationship with the suppliers
-You will be responsible of drafting the necessary documents (certificates, addresses, reports, etc.)
-You will manage trips to and from Pentalog Chisinau agency
Requirements:
- You have graduated from a faculty of economy
- Minimum 1year of experience as an assistant in the Financial and Administrative department
- Mandatory work experience with 1C: Enterprise, version 7.7; Windows: WORD, EXCEL
- Romanian and Russian – advanced level (reading, writing, speaking)
- French and/or English – medium level – an advantage
