Romania-Brasov: Production Assistant (RBRA397)
Job description:
The Production Department, which is formed in this moment of 2 persons, includes all production sites of Pentalog: France, Romania, Germany, Republic of Moldova and Vietnam. We wish to extend the team by recruiting a new person who will be located in Brasov.
Within this department, you will have the following tasks:
- planning management;
- forecast;
- costs calculation;
- documents management: travel orders, meetings reports etc.;
- communication with clients and collaborators.
Requirements:
- Higher education (BAC+3/4) in an economic field
- Minimum experience
- Very good knowledge of French language (and/or English)
Skills and competencies required:
- Administrative management
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (MS Office, Open Office)
- Rigor and organisation
- Excellent communication abilities both oral si written
