Taking into consideration the continuity of the projects and the new collaborations in 2010, Pentalog is looking for a Functional Project Manager for a good management of the internal activities and applications developed in our agency from Brasov in different departments of the Group (Production, Finance, HR, Infrastructure).
In this role, you will have to perform the following tasks:
- Communication with the final users assisting them in expressing functional needs
- Management of the developers and the testers involved in the applications of which they are responsible
- Planning of tasks and ensuring the meeting of deadlines
- Documentation of the applications and/or validation of the documents created by other people
- Writing functional specifications for development.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a team
- Basic knowledge about database theory
- Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team spirit.
