Job description:
In the informatics industrial projects, Pentalog Group has the chance of a collaboration of many years with Parrot. We have a team of 21 engineers dedicated to this client and we are looking for a new member of the development part.
We are deploying two types of activities, such as:
- Development of applications following the specifications of the customer (C++);
- Validation tests for the entire range of Parrot products.
Some examples of applications developed:
- Parrot SW Update Tool – Used for updating Parrot products (MFC, C++).
- Application that makes acquisition / parsing audio files available on your product type iPod, USB, MTP (C++).
- Application that makes retrieval, parsing and return a specific format of all specifications of a product type iPod, USB, MTP (C++).
- Create scripts using C++ for automatic testing the proper functioning of the client libraries. Libraries tested are responsible for product management accessories (acquisition, editing, displaying data for iPod, USB, MTP) and audio quality of product management (Telephony and Music).
In order to extend the development team, we are looking for a Python / C programmer. You will participate in the development of an application that will allow processing data on mobile phones.
Requirements:
- Operating systems: Windows and Linux (Ubuntu);
- Programming: Python, C, network programming (sockets / protocols);
- Protocols: POP / IMAP / SMTP / Caldav / LDAP;
- Experience: at least 2 years developing in these languages and protocols;
- English – good level – mandatory.
