Romania-Bucharest: JAVA/J2EE Architect (RBUC456)
Job description:
Pentalog Group started the collaboration with a new client – major player in the Insurance market in Europe.
For this project, we are looking for a JAVA/J2EE Software Architect, who will be responsible for design, architecture and product development on our client platform. You will be the coach of the software engineers team, overseeing the process and product quality.
The job is based in Bucharest and business travels in the country are planned (25% of the working time).
Requirements:
Development
- Advanced technical knowledge of JAVA/J2EE.
Architecture
- Advanced experience with object oriented design, design patterns, programming techniques, software design, and web technologies;
- Senior level competency as a technical architect, or advanced proficiency as a web application/software developer;
- Able to design and document complex solutions from given functional specifications;
- Ability to estimate basic assigned tasks and provide delivery assumptions.
Leadership
- Experience with coaching and mentoring development and quality assurance resources;
- Experience with managing multiple small and medium sized projects;
- Able to lead client discussions in technical design and implementation of systems.
