Romania-Iasi: French Speaker JAVA / J2EE Team Leader (RIAS436)
Job description:
Pentalog agency of Iasi is the 3rd largest in the Pentalog Group of 8 agencies. The development teams bring together 60 IT specialists working on 12 complex and exciting projects. The main languages and technologies used are: C / C++, .NET and JAVA / J2EE.
For one of these projects we are looking for a JAVA / J2EE Team Leader. Our client is a French Internet Access Provider (by cable and satellite). It also offers to its clients a set of user-applications via Internet. Some of these applications are already developed, others are going to be developed, using JAVA / J2EE technologies.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible of:
- Participate in defining architecture;
- Proposal of technical solutions;
- Redaction of technical specifications;
- Developing and testing applications;
- Performance reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an IT faculty;
- At least 2-3 years experience as Team Leader on JAVA / J2EE projects;
- French is mandatory – at least medium level;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Rigorous, methodical and team spirit;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skills and technical competencies:
- Languages and technologies: JAVA / J2EE, JSF, Spring, JBoss SEAM, ORM (EJB 3, Hibernate), XML, Ajax / JavaScript (optional: SWING, SWT, SOAP, XSLT);
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL;
- Analysis methods: UML;
- Development Environments: Eclipse/IntelliJ/NetBeans, CVS / SVN, Ant.
