Romania-Sibiu: Network administrator (RSIB419)
Job description:
Pentalog is looking for a network administrator for its offices in Sibiu.
You will be in charge of:
- Management of LAN resources (data-voice network, network equipment, servers and workstations);
- Management of VPN and Internet accesses;
- Installation and administration of workstations;
- Management of development and operating platforms;
- Creating and writing procedures for new platforms;
- Tracking regularly proper functioning and security of the network.
Requirements:
- Graduate of one of the following faculties: Computer Technologies, Automatics etc.
- English is a must
- French is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience
Technical skills:
- OS: Linux, Unix, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server (ActiveDirectory). Good knowledge of Unix Solaris is a plus
- Networks: OSI, TCP/IP, Ethernet/Fast Ethernet, Routing & Advanced Routing, Wireless LAN, VLAN, VPN, QoS, Traffic Management
- Protocols: DHCP, DNS, LDAP, SNMP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP
- Application servers: Apache/PHP, IIS, Tomcat, CVS
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Security: Antivirus, Firewall, IPSec, LAN & WLAN Security
