Job description: Taking responsibility on maintaining Web and E-learning system as well as supporting CR (Configuration Management) for customer.
- Web application:
o Supporting the right to visit
o Developing the websites on request
o Maintaining the system
- E-Learning System:
o Managing and treating the PR / CR of system
o Customer Hotline
- Configuration Management
o Managing the right to visit
o Management System
o Installing and upgrating environment
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, enough to discuss directly with customers
- Available to work in European time (attractive benefits)
- Technical knowledge: re-write under text format
+ Programming Languages:: PHP, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, XML, Ajax, PERL, SHELL scripts (sh, csh, tcsh), Java/J2EE, Excel Visual Basic
+ Operating System: UNIX (Linux & Solaris), Windows
+ Tools Configuration & Skills: Apache (httpd.conf, .htaccess …), SSL process (ensure HTTPS security protocol), PHP (Php.ini, Versioning and compatibility PHP), MySQL Database (Versioning and compatibility MySQL), LDAP (LDAP authentication sessions configuration via PHP), Tomcat, FTP server (proftpd)
+ Configuration Management: Clearcase, DDTS, Telelogic Change
- General knowledge via e-learning experience: LMS (CMS): Learning Management System, Architecture web (web server / web application + Data Base), Scorm Standard (operating for any debug intervention), Multimedia and webcasting,
