o Design & Structured LAN cabling
o Citrix
o MS-DOS
o Protocols: HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP
o Database: SQL, MS Access, MySQL, Oracale
o Programming Languages: C / C + +, Java, HTML, PHP
o office applications: Microsoft Office, Open Office
- Languages: Good in English or French
- Emergency team work well
- Pursuant to the difficult subject, desire to learn
Job Description:Ensure the company information system is working well (install, configure and manage server and network system. Support staff in the company):
- Installation, set up, configure, develop, document and knowledge systems on the network, the information server, fpt servers, Internet servers, as well as internet access
- Implementation of security systems on the network:
o Create orders to protect networks from attacks by those who are not allowed
o Check store information to detect the access is not allowed to intervene and prevent the repetition in the future
- Manage access to Internet users
- Supporting users in problem:
o Use the methods of communication and file transfer
o Configure the computer, install operating systems, network access, and Internet access
- Ensuring the repair of hardware and software
- Ensuring the regular maintenance of machines and systems
- Compliance with time limits set forth in the implementation of the tasks
- Ability to work short or long term at work by customers or partners of the company, in or outside the country
- Weekly reports to direct manager
