Job description:
Pentalog is currently developing a partnership with a major German leader specialized in the production of high pressure cleaners. The company is present in 45 countries worldwide and the 60 agencies include about 7000 employees.
With an impressive IT infrastructure, this company is developing a team focused on complex tasks of activities of server and network systems management.
In this context, Pentalog is looking for ambitious, responsible and passionate persons for the position of systems and servers administrator.
In this role, you will have the following tasks:
- Administration of over 100 leased lines and VPN in 31 countries;
- Administration of 74 routers + 286 switches which manage 340 millions of emails and 20 TB of Internet traffic;
- Installation of SW-patches for firewalls, network devices, WAN accelerators, WLAN access-points;
- Monitoring daily activity via Nagios, Cisco Works;
- Treatment of tickets;
- Processing of new projects.
The position is open for following cities: Brasov, Bucharest, Iasi, Sibiu or Chisinau where the Pentalog Group has agencies.
Requirements:
- Routing & Advanced Routing;
- Operating and management of leased lines and WAN networks;
- Ethernet / Fast Ethernet switching, VLAN;
- LAN / WAN Security: Firewalls, VPN;
- Wireless LAN;
- Tools: Nagios, CiscoWorks, Nortel Manager;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- English – mandatory.
