bullet Internship description:

Within his Internships Program, Pentalog is training young programmers in the development of Java applications. In 2008, over 60 interns were a part of Pentalog�s Internships Program and around 70% of them were hired permanently at the end of the internship.

The standard internship is paid and is part-time or full-time for a 4 months period, during of which the intern is instructed and he works independently or in a team with other interns within a research and developing project, under the guidance of the Technical Director. The next series of internships is starting in Chisinau in August/September 2009. For this series we have 1 available position.

The interns are chosen after a preselection (CV and interview) which includes skills tests. The ideal candidates are students (at least 3rd year) with one the following profiles: Computers, Automatics, Informatics, Cybernetics, Mathematics, Electronics, Telecommunications etc.

At the end of the internship it will take place an evaluation upon which it can be decided the hiring of the intern in the Pentalog�s team, in the Architecture and Developing Department of Java/J2EE Solutions.

bullet Minimum requests:

- A good knowledge in informatics, good results during the studies
- Basic knowledge in object-oriented programming
- Basic knowledge in databases and SQL
- Knowledge of Java syntax, notions about J2EE specifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of architectures and design patterns for Java Web solutions or/and Client-Server represents a plus
- French � advanced level � mandatory
- English or German � a plus

bullet Skills acquired during the internship:

- Practical experience in developing Web and/or Client-Server application
- Knowledge in Java architecture and design patterns implementation
- Company environment: joining a team, communicating with co-workers and clients, improving knowledge related to a real project
