Romania: Business Intelligence Internship at Pentalog Bucharest (RBUC435)
Job description:
In the department of training and internships and under the guidance of a coach, Pentalog is training young programmers in the field of Business Intelligence.
The internship is remunerated and is Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day) over a period of 4 months. At the end of the internship, it will be an evaluation that can decide the hiring of the intern in the team of Pentalog.
Selection for this position involves solving several online tests:
IQ Test
English placement test
Test de niveau – langue francaise
Oracle
Oracle DBA quiz advanced level
SQL medium level
During the internship you will gain the following competencies:
- Reporting tools: Business Objects (BO), Hyperion, Cognos; SAS;
- ETL tools (Informatica Power Center, Genio, Datastage etc.);
- Improved knowledge regarding the databases (Oracle, SQL Server) SQL and PL/SQL;
- Entreprise environment: integration in a team, communication skills, the entire life cycle of a IT project.
Requirements:
To be the ideal candidate, it is necessary to corresponding to the criteria below:
- You are student in the final year or graduate of faculties in Informatics, Computers, Automatics, Cybernetics or Mathematics;
- You have a good knowledge in informatics, good results during the studies;
- You have good knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL;
- Good communication skills and desire to learn;
- Good level of French or English.

Cristina began work at Pentalog through a internship in Business Intelligence, being a final year student of the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics. She noted herself from a series of over 100 candidates with a good level of knowledge in databases acquired during their studies.
