Romania-Iasi: IT Training Manager Assistant (RIAS395)
Job description:
Pentalog is recruiting an IT Training Manager Assistant, who will assist the Director of Internships Program of Pentalog with:
- Planning, organisation and supervision of trainings;
- Ensuring availability of information needed to assess the efficiency of trainings;
- Ensuring communication with people involved in carrying out a training;
- Continuous evaluation of Pentalog’s collaborators;
- Ensuring relationships with universities;
- Making interviews;
- Providing reliable indicators;
- Validation and implementation of R&D subjects, laboratories, courses plans, questionnaires etc.
The job is located in Iasi. Frequent trips are planned to Chisinau.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an IT Faculty
- Work experience in IT field – at least 2 years
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent level of English language
- Knowledge of French and/or German language is a plus
- Excellent communication abilities, good capacity of synthesis
